We work primarily with mid-size organisations in Malaysia — particularly those in technology, manufacturing, financial services, and professional services. What they tend to have in common is an interest in improving how they generate and assess new ideas, and a leadership team willing to be honest about current limitations.

Each service has a defined window: the Technology Landscape Review takes approximately 3 weeks, R&D Portfolio Guidance runs 3–4 weeks, and the Innovation Ecosystem Design spans 5–6 weeks. These timelines reflect focused work, not drawn-out processes. The clock starts when we agree on scope.

We start with a straightforward conversation about what you are trying to address. We will ask about your current situation, what decisions you are trying to make, and who within your organisation needs to be involved. From that, we can suggest which service — if any — is the right fit.

Each service stands on its own — there is no bundling requirement. Some organisations have engaged us for two or three services in sequence as their priorities evolved. That sequencing is always their choice, not a condition of working with us.

Fees are in Malaysian Ringgit. We invoice in two stages: 50% at the start of the engagement, and the remainder on delivery of the final output. We accept bank transfer. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Yes. We have worked with both private-sector companies and publicly-linked entities in Malaysia. The engagement process is the same — though for larger organisations we are happy to discuss procurement procedures early to make sure everything fits.
